Re-focus

After much thought, prayer and discussion with David, we've decided to take a 30 day break from electronic media entertainment. This means we'll be offline for a month. We need to spend less time in front of the computer or television and more time together as a family and growing in our relationship with God. Our hope is to re-focus our priorities and focus on whatever... is lovely etc.(see above) If you're visiting here today because I've won a bloggy giveaway, I'm sorry I missed you and understand if you pass on the love to the next person. Buttercup & Wallet Joy

Here's my version of the Buttercup Bag pattern found at Made by Rae.


I used velcro for the closure since I didn't have a clasp and I used a zipper pocket inside instead of a square pocket. This is a great purse and so cute and small compared to lugging around the diaper bag.


Of course, I "needed" a new wallet, too.


Amanda, do you recognize the pink fabric? Yup, it's a recycled skirt - works great!
